If you only book part of the villa, the other part will not be assigned to anyone else during this time. This means that the entire property will be available for your sole use during your stay.

Straight after confirming the booking, you will be contacted by one of the staff members of our partner “Buena Villa”, so as to plan your arrival. We are very happy to collect you from the airport, which is 13km away. If you prefer arriving in a rental car, we would be very happy to assist you with the booking and will await your arrival at villa Vista Calero at the agreed time. Check-in is possible from 4pm. You will receive the keys upon arrival. During a personal tour through the villa, we will explain all of the facilities to you, as well as answer any questions you may have.

On the departure date, check-out is any time before 11am. A late check-out may be possible upon request and against a fee, depending on availability. You will be able to hand over the keys on location and in person to a member of staff of Buena Villa, and will also receive back your deposit.

Depending on the season, the price for one night at villa Vista Calero is between €300 and €570. The minimum stay is 7 days. Detailed price and availability information on the villa is available upon request.

Upon arrival, a deposit in the amount of €500 is to be paid in cash, which will be returned on the day of departure in case of an orderly return of the villa.

Booking cancellations are possible free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, after that, we will retain the advance payment made by you. Should the booking be cancelled less then 24 hours before your arrival, the stay is to be paid in full.

The pool is 1.33 metres deep and features latest water treatment technologies. Thanks to heating and a cover, the pool may be used year-round.

The kitchen is equipped with modern BOSCH appliances, and you will find all utensils required for cooking on location.

For the duration of your stay, we are happy to provide pool towels to be used at the pool/ on the beach.

Both villa Vienna and villa Salzburg have large flat screen televisions with satellite connections.

You will have access to WIFI throughout all of the rooms at villa Vista Calero free of charge.

You have access to one private parking space off the drive to villa Vista Calero. Additional free parking spaces are available along the road, on which the villa is situated

The villa will be cleaned every 4-5 days, and all towels and bedding will be changed. Additional cleaning services may be arranged against a fee.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

We want to make sure that you are one hundred percent comfortable. Therefore, the staff members of our partner Buena Villa are at your disposal to answer any questions, provide assistance, as well as facilitate the extensive services on offer.
